Montavio Atelier grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our online courses and materials for personal educational purposes only. You agree not to share login credentials or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

Accounts must be created with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.

All purchases are final once the video course has been accessed. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled via your account dashboard. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if less than 25% of the content has been viewed.

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All content, including videos, worksheets, and templates, remains the exclusive property of Montavio Atelier. You may download materials for personal offline use but may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

You must not use the site for illegal activities, harass other users, upload harmful code, or attempt to reverse-engineer any portion of the platform. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Montavio Atelier is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for courses in the preceding 12 months.
